    I'm using HTC HD2 with QStarz BT-Q818X and OBDKey. But realised that the GPS lag is quite obvious. It took 1-2 sec to display my lap time after passing by the Start/Finish line. Is there a fix on this GPS lag? Or this is just the bug with Win Mobile 6.5?

    Probably the lag is not that big, but rather the start line is created too late on the main straight. At least the Qstarz should not create such large lag. A half second lag could be considered normal.

    just came back from track again. And just figured out that the log file is not in 5hz mode even I've switched the BT-Q818X to 5hz mode. The update interval is about 0.4s, 0.6s or 0.8s. Think that Racechrono can't work well in HTC HD2?

    Did you try to change the GPS baud rate from RaceChrono GPS settings? Maybe to 38400?
