editing video and data on PC? is it possible

I'm thinking to the racechrono pro in order to have as overlay the racechrono data and use a Gopro for a better video quality.
the functionality to synchronize video and data are only on the smart phone. Is it possible to transfer data to PC , video from gopro to PC and to analyse them, to link them on a PC?

    Unfortunately RaceChrono Pro and its video functionality is available only on Android devices. Maybe consider using a tablet for easier use of analysis with big screen.

    You can use an application like Race Render to load your GoPro footage and overlay exported RaceChrono data. It takes a bit of effort to sync them correctly and the free version is limited to 3mins or something but it works well if you spend a bit of time on it.
