Carista Evo won’t connect to race chrono

Hi,

I am unable to connect my carista evo to my race chrono app on iOS. The reader is able to connect to the carista app, but won’t connect or even blink the searing lights when using race chrono pro.

I saw someone mentioned race chrono having a reset Bluetooth in the expert settings fixing it but I can’t find button.

any ideas to fix?
