Unfortunately there is no channel PIDs in OBD-II for monitoring oil temp or pressure. Also even the existing channels' availability depends on the vehicle ECU.
Not sure if that many cars have oil temperature sensors at all. I have an oil temp gauge installed in my car but I had to install a sensor as well, but obviously it's not connected to the cars ECU but rather straight to my gauge. It *would* be cool to log though.
