Update rate BT-CD100S GPS and Nokia E52

I am getting a Nokia E52 that I whant to use for Racechrono.
I allready have a BT-CD100S GPS photobox reciever. Not sure of the update rate, but it could be 1Hz. Can anyone confirm or correct this?
Will this work with Racechrono?
Will the GPS in the E52 be better?
Or do I need to get a proper 5Hz receiver?

I have never used Racechrono yet, so all advice are welcome.
