WM 6.1 Passkey for ELM327

I am trying to connect a newer elm327 to a windows 6.1 device. On the 6.0 one It didn;t require a passkey but now it is. The ELM327 doesn't have a passcode. Does anyone have a work around for this in RC?

Usually all devices have either 0000 or 1234. If something else, it's printed in the device.
