importing my old tracks

I have exported my track from my old android phone.
I have files "track_xxx.rcz".
I don't know how to import them in the new phone.
suggest?

Basically open the file on your device. Email them to your gmail account and click them on the phones gmail client. Or upload them to google drive, and click them in google drive app.
