How to use the race chrono once is installed.

I'm new with this aplication, forgive my ignorance.

I have the aplication installed in my Nokia mobile, but now i don't know how to use it, and i don't find anywhere specifc instructions for it.
I want to use it for race cars if is possible.

So if some person is able to explain it to me, i'm gonna be grateful.

Im new to it also. Assuming you have got the GPS working and aquired satellites (?) Im told the easiest way is to -start a session for each time you will going out on track in advance, then pause them, resume each one as you go out onto the circuit.
