CSV File Format

Is there any documentation of the racechrono CSV export file format?

I know that it looks pretty simple but I'm writing an application like RaceChrono2Avi and I want to know that I can depend on the format 100%.

    No documentation, just ask if you need details. Good thing you're on it, I thought I need to write replacement for RaceChrono2AVI as it seems not to be maintained anymore.
